The Food & Farm Forum is ASAN’s flagship annual event—a dynamic, hands-on gathering that brings together Alabama’s most passionate farmers, food advocates, educators, and community leaders. For over a decade, this transformative weekend has served as the cornerstone of Alabama’s sustainable agriculture movement, fostering knowledge exchange, building lasting partnerships, and strengthening the networks that nourish our communities.

The Be Bold Summit was born in October 2024 from a collaborative vision sparked by the strategic plans of six community-focused organizations:  the Junior League of Huntsville, Momentum Leaders, Women’s Economic Development Council (WEDC), Leadership Greater Huntsville, WEDC Foundation, and The Catalyst.

United by a shared mission to empower women and leaders in North Alabama, these organizations came together to create a dynamic half-day summit designed to foster bold leadership, personal and professional growth, and meaningful connections. Through a vibrant keynote speaker and intentional networking, the Be Bold Summit serves as a catalyst for empowering women to lead with confidence, purpose, and impact.  Funds raised from the event will be used for scholarships for women involved in each organization.
